    CLINICAL LICENSE AGREEMENT: PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING UP TO DATE LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING. WITH YOUR ACCEPTANCE, THIS IS A LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN NEURAL OUTCOMES CONSULTING, INC. ("NOCI")/UNIVERSITY HEALTH NETWORK (UHN) AND YOU ("YOU"). BY CLICKING ON THE "ACCEPT" BUTTON, OR BY DOWNLOADING, ACCESSING OR USING THE CONTENT, YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
